can print out a customized "$5.00 off" coupon. You can
print out as many of those coupons as you like and hand them out to your
friends when you tell them about iNetCi Internet.
The coupons are
customized with your name and iNetCi account number. When one of
your friends uses your coupon to sign-up for a new iNetCi account, they'll
get $5.00 off their first month of Internet service. Then, as soon
as we receive their first payment for Internet service, we'll give YOU
a $6.00 credit, applied to your account.

Terms and Conditions
1.
Agreement and Term - By participating in this program, the
participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. The
term of this agreement begins when the participant prints out the
customized "coupons" and continues until the program ends.
2.
Length of Program - This program will remain in effect
indefinitely. However, the provider, iNetCi Internet, reserves the
right to modify the terms, rules, and conditions of the program or
terminate the program at any time without notice to iNetCi users or
program participants.
3.
Eligibility - All iNetCi Internet customers with active iNetCi
accounts that do not have a past due balance are eligible to participate
in the program. Employees of iNetCi, it's affiliated companies,
business partners, vendors, resellers, and other associates are explicitly
excluded from participation in this program. iNetCi reserves the
right to terminate this agreement and revoke eligibility of any individual
for misuse or abuse of the program at the sole discretion of iNetCi
Internet.
4.
Acceptance of Coupons - The printed $5.00 off coupons must be
presented by the new Internet customer at the time they sign up for new
Internet service. Coupons will not be accepted for use with existing
or prior iNetCi Internet accounts. Only one coupon may be used per
new customer, per new account.
5.
Credits to Participants - For each coupon presented to iNetCi by a new
iNetCi Internet customer, the new customer will receive a $5.00 discount
from their first monthly bill. The person who referred the new
customer to iNetCi, the participant, identified by name and account number
on the printed coupon, will receive a $6.00 credit to their iNetCi account
only after the new Internet customer has paid their first monthly iNetCi
bill in full.
6.
Use of Credits - Participants who refer new customers to iNetCi and
receive credit to their iNetCi account may only use those credits for
their own Internet service. No refund of a credit balance received
as a result of participation in this program will ever be given.
Credits cannot be transferred from one iNetCi account to another.
7.
Cancellation of Credits - iNetCi Internet reserves the right to
cancel, negate, charge back, or void credits given to a participant if an
unusually large number of the new customers they refer cancel those new
accounts in less than 90 days, at the sole discretion of iNetCi Internet.
It's our
goal to make this an easy and useful program for all of our users.
